This is the sixth consecutive year that we are successfully hosting ‘Manager’s Day’, an inter college management fest exclusively for MBA students of North Maharashtra region. It is organized to develop managerial skills like leadership, communication, team building etc. among the students which is very much required in today’s dynamic corporate world & business.
In the inaugural session we had the gracious presence of hon Shri Raju mama Bhole MLA of Jalgaon constituency who presented his views on youth, leadership and urged our students for commitment towards parents, society and nation.
"Minds, like parachutes, work better when they're Open." The first session was a brainstorming one aimed at improving retention of ideas and learning. The total participants were 34, i.e. 17 teams We had conducted a written aptitude/Quiz out of which 10 teams were selected. The quiz consisted of 4 rounds.
The second event was a case study competition which always deals with real companies
and their actual situation (problem, issue, challenge). Competition consisted of
case study analysis and presentation of the solutions. Cases were beforehand provided
to the students.

The total entries in this event were 20 i.e. 10 teams. The judges for this round were Dr. A.P. Sarode from M.J.college & Prof Nitin Kharche from GIMR.
"Usually we get an overwhelming response in this event. These are free team building activities, exercises and ideas are for building teams and teamwork. We had a total of 15 entries, a team comprising of 6 students, thus in all 90 participants. We also had the presence of Ms. Shefali Agrawal from KCECOIT as judge for this event.
