PLANNING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE

Functions of the Planning and Evaluation Committee:

Planning and Evaluation Committee has been formed to chalk out the future plans for the development and progress of the institution, and to evaluate the performance of the Institute in general. The Committee meets periodically to discuss about the strategic plans for the overall development of the Institute and make an inventory of the suggestions given.

• To design various strategic/perspective plans for the overall requirements and the development of the Institute. This includes infrastructural and instructional necessities as per the required AICTE & UGC norms.
• To evaluate the performances of the staff through Feedback Mechanism.
• To study IQAC activities and to give feedback on the performance audit conducted by IQAC.
• To monitor the progress in carrying out the decisions taken by Governing Body and to plan for future requirements
