Placement Pocedure

The campus recruitment programme at KCES Institute of Management & Research, Jalgaon attempts to match the aspirations of the future managers with the expectations of the corporate sector. Training & Placement Department identifies potential companies, makes presentations before select companies and co-ordinates with students in terms of matching their aspirations.

Process of Placement activity

• Approaching potential industry for On/Off campus drive
• Fixing date, time and venue for campus interviews
• Informing students through Whatsapp group, SMS or Email
• Inviting applications from interested candidates from Google form
• Sharing data with employer
• Arranging pre interview training session (Mandatory for all enrolled students)
• Arranging interview day for GD, Written test/Online test, Interview etc.
• Guiding shortlisted or selected students in documentation process
• Make sure students joining the industry and industry keeping their word
• Keeping records of the entire process for future references.

Some of the focused activities are:

• Career counseling by faculty and trained professionals in different functional areas.
• A structured Personality Development Programme, wherein interviewing skills are imbibed by trainers and Industry Experts.
